What is Environmental Arts Therapy?
I invite you to bring yourself, your feelings and what are going through out into the woods.
We start where you are, in nature, in this place, at this time.
I offer safe, supported sessions, so you can feel safely held by the earth, as part of nature and its processes.
We’ll follow our senses on a heart path through earth, branch, leaf, bird, insect, rain drop, sky.
In relationship with nature, through body, story and movement, you can find ways to express parts of yourself that are calling out to be given a voice, to be seen, heard and felt.
You can safely get in touch with parts of yourself and your life that feel unbearably painful or unknown.
By bringing these patterns into awareness, creative ways can arise to move with, and through, what you are facing.
Nature can show you how to release what once was needed, but no longer serves you. You can find paths to get back in touch with what feels lost, impossible, taken from you, or that you feel you have never experienced, yet yearn for.
You can discover new resources within and around you for the next steps of your journey.
